Once you have made a purchase follow the link on the box or contacts us on enquiries@nuservicesgroup.com.au to book an installation date/time.

Q. I have purchased my toilet suite and taken it home - what do I do next?

A. Register your installation by going to www.nuathome.com.au/aldi or contact us at enquiries@nuservicesgroup.com.au - Simply enter your contact details and pick a preferred day and time. You will receive an email confirming your registration and contact details. A Licensed plumber will disconnect your old suite and install your new one.

Q. How far will the installer travel from my nearest Aldi store?

A. Travel allowance is up to 20km from your nearest Aldi store. We can still install your toilet suite if your install location is further away for a small surcharge of $1 per kilometre for all travel over 20km. You can pay your installer directly.

Q. What happens to my old toilet?

A. The installer will disconnect your existing toilet unit in order to install the new toilet. You can dispose of the toilet yourself, or an optional $30 disposal service is available which can be paid to the installer on the day.

Q. What happens if I need to change my preferred installation date?

A. Simply contact our call centre on 1300 134 351 and we will assist you with choosing a new preferred day and time for installation.

Q. How will I know the toilet will be correctly installed?

A. Your toilet will be installed by an experienced and licensed installer. The installer will fill out a Completion Certificate that includes a photograph of the installation and a signature from you confirming your satisfaction. This will be returned to us for verification.

Q. What is the warranty on my toilet?

A. 3 year in home warranty.

Q. How do I know if my existing toilet is an S-Trap?

A. S-trap toilet pans have the waste in the floor and are common in most Australian houses.

Q. How do I know my toilet is compliant with Australian regulations?

A. All toilet suites provided by NU are fully compliant and meet Australian Standards, displaying the WELS and WATERMARK identifications.

Q. Are there any extra costs?

A. This product includes the toilet suite and professional installation. Occasionally, there will be some additional services required for your new toilet. The most common extra services include: a new hose ($5), a new tap ($5), removal of old toilet suite ($30), concrete removal ($25). Our professional installers can supply these at the time of install if necessary. They will only supply these services if they are required for compliance for a safe install and you agree to them.

We do not collect personal information about you if you only browse this website. This website only uses session cookies during a search query of the website or when you access the Privacy Events RSS feed and web-based calendar. When you close your browser the session cookie is destroyed and no personal information is kept which might identify you to us in the future.

We only use your personal information for the purposes for which you give it to us and for related, internal management purposes. While we do have a mailing list we will not collect your data for the purpose of a mailing list without asking for your consent.
